Hearing God’s Story for Us
We live in a world that constantly projects ideas and voices onto us.
We’re told that our worth is wrapped up in our achievements, our possessions, or the approval of others. Yet, beneath all of these exterior influences lies a quieter but far more powerful voice—the voice of God.
This is the voice of the Father, speaking a story over us that goes beyond any worldly measure of success. It’s a voice that reminds us we are beloved, accepted, and invited into a deeper relationship with Him. However, to live from this inner world, we must learn to tune out the noise of the world and tune into the truth He speaks.
The process isn’t instantaneous; it’s a journey of rediscovering who we are in light of who He is.
As we cultivate time in His presence, we let His words shape our identity.
Just as Jesus said,
You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
The truth of God’s word spoken to our hearts liberates us from the false stories we so often believe. It is this truth, this inner word, that becomes the foundation upon which we can build a life of authentic peace and joy.
Living from God’s story for us doesn’t mean life is free from hardship. But it does mean that, no matter what we face, we carry within us a word that grounds us. It’s a word that calls us beyond the superficial, inviting us into a life aligned with the Father’s heart.
